Benny Brunch at PHAT

After mentioning to my coworkers about having my best eggs Benedict ever at Lola, one told me about his favorite benny place. It was this little Montreal Deli in Yaletown, downtown Vancouver called PHAT. Going to a deli, I should have known better to order something with some deli meats in it. Instead, I ordered the avocado, tomato & cream cheese benny. All their bennys are made with free range eggs, homemade hollandaise sauce and are served on bagel halves. I guess I ordered it because I have a soft spot for avocados.

Overall:

The benny was average at best for me, maybe because there isn't anything really special you can do for such a simple benny. In any case, I don't see myself spending $9.99 on that benny again.
